This course explores key risk management issues related to disclosures and due diligence. It covers the risks you face when you fail to make required disclosures to clients and c ustomers\, seller disclosure obligations under common law and Arizona stat utes\, as well as buyer disclosure requirements. The course also examines how the Buyer Advisory supports buyers during the due diligence process an d highlights the risks associated with failing to complete necessary inspe ctions and investigations.
