Description: In this class, students will learn proper use of the BINSR, how to request repairs in a clear, unambiguous manner, proper ways to respond in clear language, the purpose of the Due Diligence period, the purpose of the BINSR, and what can be investigated, and understand the time frames to inspect, request, and respond.
