How are you managing your properties? What does the word “disclosure” mean? This class will cover the disclosure laws as they apply to property managers and dig into each of the various categories of duties to disclose to the tenant, to owners, and to the public. Additionally, the Residential Lease Owner’s Property Disclosure Statement form will be covered.

Certified Residential Property Manager (CRPM): This program is dedicated to property management, offering classes that can be used for real estate license renewal.
