Upon completion of this course, students will be able to explain consumer privacy laws that apply to real estate transactions, explain mandatory disclosure required by Arizona law, and know the situations when a licensed contractor must be used and how to properly disclose that information. They will learn the difference between an Active Management Area, Irrigation Non-Expansion Area, Assured Water Supply, and Adequate Water Supply and be able to direct clients to resources that assist a consumer in investigating a property’s water supply and the sources.
