Fee: Complimentary
REALTORS® from across the state join us at the Arizona State Capitol for our annual REALTOR® Day at the Capitol luncheon. This day gives each of our REALTOR® members the opportunity to sit down face-to-face with their member of the legislature to discuss issues that are important to our industry and private property rights. The key to success is providing education and real-life examples for the legislators before they cast their vote.
If you have not been to a REALTOR® Day at the Capitol luncheon before, please make the trip this year!

Participants will begin their leadership journey with guided self-discovery, using the DISC behavioral profile to better understand their natural communication style, motivators, strengths, and potential blind spots, and explore how awareness can improve teamwork, influence, and service as a volunteer leader.

Building on this foundation, the program introduces the 21 Indispensable Qualities of a Leader by John Maxwell. Rather than focusing on titles, the workshop emphasizes leadership as behavior, mindset, and service.
By the end of the workshop, participants will:
This workshop is ideal for members who want to explore leadership in a supportive, reflective environment—whether they are just beginning to consider volunteering or preparing for future leadership roles.
