Description
This course explores key risk management issues related to disclosures and due diligence. It covers the risks you face when you fail to make required disclosures to clients and customers, seller disclosure obligations under common law and Arizona statutes, as well as buyer disclosure requirements. The course also examines how the Buyer Advisory supports buyers during the due diligence process and highlights the risks associated with failing to complete necessary inspections and investigations.

Certified Risk Management Specialists (rCRMS): Concentrates on the legal issues related to a transaction. This is the only state-specific comprehensive risk management program in Arizona. Instructors in these classes are attorneys or attorney/REALTOR® teams who connect the issues with the street practice, leaving you with strategies to help minimize your risk.
